DGA Partners and Health Strategies & Solutions, healthcare management consulting firms, have merged to form a single consultancy, to be known as Veralon Partners.
“This is a merger between equals with many complementary services,” says Daniel M. Grauman, who is Managing Director and CEO of the new firm. “It will allow us to better serve our clients nationwide.”
Both precedent firms are well established; Health Strategies & Solutions was founded in 1997, and DGA Partners in 1994. The name Veralon has its roots in vera, referring to truth and commitment, tenets of the way both firms have practiced since their founding.
