To complete a practice assessment of a single-specialty, low productivity, medical practice for a potential employment arrangement with the physician owners.
Veralon reviewed and assessed historical financials, physician productivity, and compensation that reflected historically low productivity and very low collections. Since the existing compensation model assumed a minimum of median performance, it would have overpaid this physician.
Veralon developed a compensation model through a detailed analysis that fairly addressed the low productivity and emphasized rationalization of practice expense.
Deliverables included a summary presentation on practice background, productivity analysis, and proposed compensation.
