Ross has eight years of healthcare experience in both consulting and provider settings. He has focused on strategic and business planning engagements and has worked with systems and community hospitals across the nation.

Ross’s experience includes:

  • Strategic planning and market assessments with a focus on ambulatory care expansion
  • Medical staff development planning
  • Feasibility studies for hospital remodeling and expansion
  • Demand/utilization forecasting for inpatient and ambulatory growth initiatives
  • Business plan development for a multi-hospital regional partnership focused on reducing cost of care and enhancing community physician/hospital communication

 

Prior to joining Veralon, Ross was a project manager at the Temple Center for Population Health where he worked on aligning the population health efforts of Temple University Hospital (TUH), Temple’s employed physician group, and key payer stakeholders. Prior to that, he served as a project management engineer at TUH where he managed operational and expense benchmarking and lead operational improvement projects.

Ross holds a Master of Healthcare Management degree from the Temple University Fox School of Business, and a BA in Sociology from State University of New York at Stony Brook.
