Danielle advises and supports healthcare organizations on merger and affiliation initiatives, and on a wide range of physician alignment, valuation, and financial and business planning matters. She has worked with non-profit and for-profit health systems, community hospitals, academic medical centers, pediatric hospitals, ACOs, CINs, and PHOs.

Outside of her Veralon experience, Danielle was most recently Director of Corporate Development for Universal Health Services. In this capacity she was responsible for UHS’s corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, investments and other strategic initiatives, across UHS’s divisions and markets.
She has also worked with organizations in the government and non-profit sector on projects related to policy and planning, and has taught both in the United States and abroad.
Danielle is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, from which she holds designation as a certified valuation analyst (CVA). She holds a Master of Health Administration from the Sloan Program in Health Administration at Cornell University, and a BS in Policy Analysis and Management, also from Cornell University.
