“Choose Your Own Adventure Guide for the Physician Group Considering a Partnership” – Jessica Stack, Principal


Physicians continue to be sought after for partnership or acquisition by health systems, private equity-backed enterprises, and other investors. When met with the opportunity, physician groups must determine whether to partner with one of these organizations, remain independent, or join non-private equity/hospital-backed supergroups.
