Domenic is CEO of ConfigureHealth, Inc. He has more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of healthcare facilities planning and design, including facilities master planning, functional/space programming and architectural design, as well as experience in clinical enterprise strategic planning.
He has performed planning, architectural and consulting services for hundreds of healthcare organizations and architectural firms in more than 35 states and abroad, including academic medical centers, health systems, community and rural hospitals, ambulatory care centers, medical office buildings, elder care facilities, psychiatric facilities, rehabilitation centers, women’s, children’s and other specialty facilities.
He is a nationally recognized leader in multi-campus facilities master planning in support of hospital mergers and subsequent multi-campus service reconfigurations.
Dominic is past CEO of Array Architects, a large healthcare architectural firm. He previously founded PESCE Associates, a national healthcare facilities planning practice, and led it for 18 years.
Domenic has published articles on healthcare facilities planning and space programming. He has presented on a range of facility-related topics, including the looming national challenge of replacing outmoded inpatient facilities, and has served on AIA panels addressing the healthcare facilities planning process.
He holds a BS in Architecture from Temple University, and is a Registered Architect. In 2005, Dominic was certified as a healthcare architect by the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA).

Health Data Innovations (HDI) specializes in the acquisition, cleansing, standardization, and integration of all types of health data. They serve health plans and other payers, health systems, and accountable care organizations, consulting and data analytics firms, claims system vendors, and other organizations that require data from external sources to drive their operations.
From ongoing data integration needs to one-time data conversion projects, engaging with HDI allows our clients to spend more time working with the data and less time on data management issues. Veralon collaborates with HDI on projects including bundled payment assessments, and ACO development.

Health Quality Partners (HQP) helps design and implement population health management programs for health systems, physician groups, and payers. Their programs focus on advanced preventive services for vulnerable, high-risk populations and are supported by a cloud-based suite of capabilities for data management, analysis and reporting, training, and education. HQP provides overall guidance as well as technical, analytical, and operational support.
The HQP executive team has over two decades of experience in designing effective models of care management, team-based models of care, and quality improvement. Veralon collaborates with HQP in assisting clients with the planning, design and implementation of specialized care management programs.

Quanto is a website-based product for the tracking and financial management of risk-based healthcare contracts, including those for bundled payment and ACOs. Quanto prepares and integrates claims data to help clients identify cost drivers, assess provider effectiveness, and determine opportunities for improvement (e.g. avoidable admissions and readmission, reducing network leakage).
Veralon uses Quanto as a tool in developing recommendations for our clients with value-based contracts.
