Lynda has over 25 years of experience in healthcare, including positions in consulting and senior management for health systems and insurance companies. She has also structured population health organizations and startups, managed service lines, and led large independent physician groups.
She has experience with all phases of healthcare from facility planning and construction management to operational procedures, financing and restructurings.
Lynda joined Veralon after serving as managing partner at another health care consulting firm.

Previously, Lynda was the CEO of Noble Health Alliance, a health system consortium clinically integrated network. Prior to that she was Senior Vice President at Aria Health Systems, where she was responsible for the oncology, orthopedics, and neurosciences service lines as well as others. She also developed a regional network serving more than 5 counties and encompassing 8 hospitals and their physician groups and staffs.
Before joining Aria, Lynda lead a $1B operation at Penn Medicine, where she directed the development and expansion of health care service lines in oncology, radiation and proton therapy. She developed and was Chief Operating Officer for the University of Pennsylvania Health System’s Radiation Oncology and Proton Therapy Center, the largest proton therapy program in the United States.
Prior to that Lynda was Chief Operating Officer for the Behavioral Health Division at United Healthcare, where she oversaw numerous operations centers as well as strategic planning and customer service, care management, account management and claims personnel operations for a staff of 1500.
Lynda has published on service line management and population health management, and spoken at numerous health care conferences. She has served on several boards of directors.
Lynda holds an MHA from Tulane School of Tropical Medicine and a BS from Southern Methodist University.
